Open Enrollment for SWBOCES employee benefits runs Nov. 24-Dec. 17
It is that time of year for Southern Westchester BOCES employees to review benefit elections and to make changes in coverage. It is also the time to enroll or renew participation in healthcare and/or dependent care flexible spending accounts (FSA). The Open Enrollment period begins Nov. 24, 2021 and runs through Dec. 17, 2021. It is the goal to make Open Enrollment as smooth and productive as possible. The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides confidential and experienced assistance to help an employee and their family resolve personal problems that affect their health, family, or job. In addition to assessment and referral services, the EAP provides information, education, and consultation both independently and in concert with other professional resources.

However, if a referral to a licensed professional is necessary, those fees may be covered by the employee's health insurance.
