Nineteen Rye Lake Campus Middle-High School students were recognized at a May 6 ceremony for their academic achievements.

The school's gymnasium was decked out with blue, white and gold balloons for the Third Quarter Honor Roll celebration. Family members, teachers and Southern Westchester BOCES officials helped fill the room. Interim Principal Alberta Grant-Johnson and School Counselor Cristina Tompkins presented to certificates to 11 high school students and eight middle school students, recognizing their academic success. In addition, students Justin Garcia Tzi, Keyshaun Phillips and Kymar Gallman were recognized for their perfect attendance, while Esther Garcia and Andrew Lopez were honored as most improved academically.
