McGuinness Named SWBOCES Director of Human Resources
Sheila McGuinness, a human resources professional with more than 30 years of experience in education and the private sector, has been named Director of Human Resources as Southern Westchester BOCES. Dr. McGuinness, a resident of Mahopac, most recently worked as a human resources consultant. She also served for 13 years as associate executive director of performance improvement at the Green Chimneys School in Brewster, a special education school that serves 200 residential students and 95 day students.
