The details of most of these plans and policies are contained in the official plan and policy documents, including some insurance contracts. This site is intended only to cover the major points of each plan or policy. It does not contain all of the details that are included in the plan and policy documents and the summary plan descriptions (as described by ERISA) for these benefits. The information maintained on this site will periodically be updated to ensure accuracy. Notices that are required by law in regard to your benefits are also posted.

While we have put your benefits information at your fingertips, the Human Resources Department is here to address any benefits issues you may have. The documents available on this site are descriptions of your benefits, they are provided for summary purposes. They do not create any legal rights and do not guarantee any particular benefit. If there is a conflict between this site and an official plan document, the plan documents will take precedence and govern.
