Mandated Retiree Employment Disclosure

Pursuant to Section 211 of the Retirement and Social Security Law and Section 80-5.5 of the Regulations of the Commissioner of Education, the New York State Education Department, Office of Teaching, has approved the temporary employment of the individuals listed below. These individuals have a right to receive a pension while employed by Southern Westchester BOCES.

• Raymond Sulla – Security and Operations Teacher:  September 1, 2016 – June 30, 2017  $117,437 annually.
