The Southern Westchester BOCES Business Office is responsible for all SWBOCES accounting, billing, budgeting, payroll, and purchasing functions. The Business Office also provides component school districts with the annual BOCES Budget. The Administrative portion of the BOCES Budget is subject to a vote of approval by school board members serving the 33 component school districts in the region.

The Business Office has undertaken several initiatives this year, including the conversion to the WinCap purchasing and budgeting system, along with training BOCES staff on its use.
